Everlast Membrane

The Everlast Membrane extends the useful life of Nexa3D liquid interface technology membranes exponentially.

As the name implies, Everlast Membranes are more durable, resilient, and extend printing life by over 25 times, compared with vats and trays currently on the market. Exceeding 50,000 layer processing 20 liters of material per membrane.

That means less downtime for membrane changes and much longer continuous runs during demanding series-production operations.

Beyond substantially extended useful life, the Everlast Membrane exhibits consistent optical transmittance, so your 1000th part will be identical to the first.

Everlast Membranes boast a tougher yet more resilient surface, enabling the printing of parts with previously unprintable technical materials.

The Everlast Membrane is fully compatible with NXE400 workflows and printing parameters, which includes dynamic performance monitoring of the membrane with predictive usability feedback.

Washing + Curing Station

The Nexa3D post-processing units are designed to optimize the washing and curing process of the parts printed on the NEXA3D printers.
Holding up to 16L of part volume the washing unit will automatically decide on the length of the washing process while the curing station will decide on the intensity and light distribution based on part geometry and part distribution on the build plate.With combined wash and cure time as fast as 10 minutes these are the ideal units to complete the print process.
